Tomorrow is our big Presidents and First Ladies parade. We will be starting the parade at 8:45. You can come join us in the gym if you would like to cheer on the presidents. Some of the presidents will even get interviewed! Remember to dress them like their president, or if a girl would like she can dress as the first lady.
We will have a Valentine's Day party Thursday afternoon. Please let me know if you are sending in any treats. I have plates, napkins and cups. If your child is bringing in Valentines remember to bring one in for everyone on the list I sent home.
Wednesday is a half day. The weather looks iffy again. Hopefully we will get the day in.
The analogy word master test is Wednesday. It will include all of the 25 words and may have some of the last 25 words on it. The test is made by the company and given to us to administer so I don't know ahead of time what extra words will be on there. So, be prepared! There will be a matching quiz on the last 25 words on Tuesday to prepare them for that test.
Make sure your child is reading their next book project book. They are reading a favorite author book. It is due February 29th. I have given them all the requirements for that project. They will be answering some questions about their book and writing a summary.
